Workers performing in environments in which workplaces require ergonomic conditions designed to provide maximum comfort, safety and efficient performance of their work activities.
Prerequisites
- RG and CPF;
- Passport (expat);
- Occupational Health (ASO) or Certificate of Good Physical and Mental Health Conditions.
Objective
To enable workers to recognize ergonomic risks and adopt the protective measures associated with their working conditions, observing aspects related to lifting, transporting and unloading materials, furniture, equipment and environmental conditions of the workplace and to the work organization.

• Presentation (Concept and Classification of Ergonomics; Introduction to Regulatory Norm 17 - Ergonomics);
• Ergonomic Analysis;
• Ergonomic Task Analysis;
• General Guidelines for Ergonomics in Biomechanics;
• Activities with Static or Dynamic Muscular Overload;
• Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) / Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMD);
• Manual Cargo Handling
• Workplace Furniture;
• Workplace Equipment;
• Environmental Working Conditions;
• Workplace Lighting;
• Acoustic Comfort in Offices;
• Thermal Comfort in Offices;
• Work Organization.
