To provide knowledge to CIPA Members in order to execute their role accordantly to NR-05.
Course content
• Study of the environment, working conditions, as well as risks arising from the production process;
• Investigation methodology and analysis of work-related accidents and illnesses;
• Notions about accidents and work-related illnesses resulting from working conditions and exposure to risks existing in the establishment and its prevention measures;
• Notions about the inclusion of disabled and rehabilitated people in work processes;
• Understanding labor and social security laws related to safety and health at work;
• General principles of occupational hygiene and risk prevention measures;
• Organization of the CIPA and other matters necessary for the exercise of the Commission's attributions;
• Preventing and combating sexual harassment and other forms of violence at work. (MTP Ordinance No. 4,219, of December 20, 2022 - wording comes into force on March 20, 2023).

Exam
Multiple-choice exam with a minimum passing grade of 70%.
Validity: 1 year.
