Objective
The purpose of the course is to give the delegate knowledge to procedures related to launch of a freefall lifeboat as described in STCW code Section B-I/14 1.1 and 14 1.2
Course content
The course contains following subjects to be treated theroetical as vell as Practical:
-Construktion
-Launching arrangements and davits
-Boarding procedures
-Launching procedures
-Communication Procedures
-Engine operation (emergency start)
-First aid i boat
There are no boat sailimg on this course. Only exercises in procedures and deployment are contained within this course.
