Target group
Workplace Safety and Health workers who perform activities in Classes II and III installations and enter areas or locations of extraction, production, storing, transferring and handling of flammable material and combustible liquids, and keep direct contact with the process or processing.
Prerequisites
- RG and CPF - Passport (expat) - Occupational Health (ASO) or certificate of good physical and mental health conditions.
Objective
Provide information on hazards, risks and procedures for emergency situations for Workplace Safety and Health workers who perform activities in Classes II and III installations and enter areas or locations of extraction, production, storing, transferring and handling of flammable material and combustible liquids, and keep direct contact with the process or processing.
Course content
Theory - 16 hours 1. Study of the NR-20; 2. Preliminary Risk Assessment methodology: concepts and practice exercises; 3. Work Permit for activities with flammable material; 4. Accidents involving flammable material: cause analysis and preventive measures; 5. Response Planning to emergencies involving flammable material. Legislation: NR-20
