Objective
Upon the completion of this course, the delegate will be able to: -State proper lockout-tagout procedures -Show familiarity with safe electrical work practices -Demonstrate how to use protective equipment -Explain how to test equipment and use insulated tools -Establish and maintain compliance -Conduct electrical inspections -Identify electrical work practices -Maintain electrical equipment -Identify switching and clearing procedures -State acceptable clearance distances -Identify electrical hazards in confined spaces -Show familiarity with portable electrical equipment -Perform fault current calculations This course is designed as per NFPA 70E-2024. NOTE: Successful completion of the course does not designate the delegate as a qualified person. The distinction of being deemed “qualified” must be determined by the employer.

Exam
