Objective
In the NTA 8220 Inspector of Electrical Equipment for Fire Risk - SCIOS Scope 10 course from RelyOn Quercus, you will learn to assess electrical installations and equipment for fire safety in accordance with the Dutch Technical Agreement (NTA) 8220.
Course content
The Fire Risk Inspector - SCIOS Scope 10 course covers the following topics:
Knowledge of Dutch Technical Agreement (NTA) 8220: ‘Method for assessing electrical equipment for fire risk’
Electrical equipment as a source of ignition
Devices that increase risk
Flammable materials
Special rooms
Visual inspection and measurement and testing
Fire safety of installations and connected equipment, in relation to the method of use and the environment
Thermographic examination according to NPR 8040-1: ‘Inspection method for electrical installations - Part 1: Thermography - Assessment of the measured temperature
Exam
The NTA 8220 Fire Risk Inspector for Electrical Equipment course concludes with a theory exam. If you pass, you will receive a SCIOS Scope 10 diploma.
