The purpose of the course is to familiarise yourself with the applicable regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods by air. You will also gain a practical understanding of the regulations, and be able to apply them appropriately when sending dangerous goods in the air. The course is developed using the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods By Air. This course has been written and designed in accordance with Part 1, Chapter 1.4 of the ICAO Technical Instructions and Section 1.5 of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, Categories 7, 8 and 9.
