The training is intended for employees who are or have been designated as Skilled Person and who are regularly involved in work on electrical installations.
Prerequisites
The NEN 3140 Skilled Person (VP) course requires at least a basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.
Objective
The course is available in the following languages: English; Dutch.
After successful completion of this adaptive eLearning, you will have the theoretical knowledge required to work safely with low-voltage installations, as specified in the European standard EN 50110-1, the Dutch standard NEN 3140, and the additional STIPEL requirements at the level of a Vakbekwaam Persoon (VP).

Exam
You can only finish this adaptive eLearning when you are 100% proficient. For those who ultimately wish to obtain a STIPEL personal certification, we recommend taking the blended training course. For those who ultimately wish to obtain a STIPEL personal certification, the option to book this separately is available.
To prepare, we also recommend attending the STIPEL Preparation Day Skilled Person. In our online training offerings, you can book both the Preparation Day and the 'STIPEL Exam Skilled Person (NL)' separately.
The final STIPEL exam will be conducted by a recognized external examiner. Upon successful completion of the STIPEL exam, the participant will receive their personal certification as a Skilled Person in accordance with NEN 3140.
