The course has been designed for well site supervisory and office-based
personnel involved in the operational decision-making process for well control
and/or involved in design of well barriers. For example, Wellsite
Leaders/Company Man, Company Representative, All Superintendents,
Production/Company Engineer, Consultant, General Desk
Engineer/Specialist/SME, and other individuals that are not direct operators or
supervisors of equipment and require a broader scope of knowledge beyond
their product line.
Prerequisites
Prior IWCF or IADC certification is required. The training is role-specific so
previous experience is assumed. Please contact us to discuss candidate

Objective
The IADC WellSharp Oil & Gas Operator Representative Workover &
Intervention course is essential training for those primarily responsible for
overseeing coiled tubing, snubbing, wireline, and/or workover operational
processes of well control.
Course content
The course duration is 36 classroom hours plus an IADC assessment (4.5 days
of training and an exam in the afternoon of day 5). Training is delivered through
presentation of a series of interactive lectures supported by videos and
animations, supplemented by a classroom workbook and further self-study
exercises, and practical exercises on a simulator.

Exam
Successful completion of the course and a pass mark of 75% in the online
written assessment will result in IADC WellSharp certification which is valid for
two years.
