Note: Participants are required to use personal protective equipment. ITEMS REQUIRED FOR TRAINING: -When checking in for training, please have your GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID with you (ie: Passport or Drivers Licences, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: Certificates CANNOT be issued unless valid Government issued ID has been presented on Day 1 of training for all RONC courses
Objective
The 1-day Scaffolding Awareness program is designed to assist those who work on or near scaffolds to understand the relevant legislation, learn the risks associated with their work, and find out how to manage those risks. This program enhances the content through discussions, an actual inspection, and theory and practical evaluation. Participants develop a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities as scaffold users and learn a variety of ways to recognize and control hazards in their work.
