Online knowledge development MUST be completed prior to in-class practical session. Blended Learning packages are delivered electronically to participants a maximum of 4 weeks prior to the chosen in-class training date.

Objective
A comprehensive ‘Blended Learning’ course (8 hours online learning + 7.5 Hours in-class) offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.
Upon successful completion of all training components, in accordance with the Training Standard, trainees will receive a Red Cross or St. John Ambulance certificate that is valid for three (3) years.
Course content
Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
