This program is for individuals nominated to carry out authentication through internal verification of Assessor judgements in order to assure the quality of the assessment process and decisions on individuals’ competence. Internal Verification is a quality assurance role’ essential within a competence assurance system to ensure all involved in assessment are performing consistently.

Objective
On successful completion of the program delegates will have greater understanding of the Internal Verifier role, authenticating the judgements of assessors working with Company in-house competence standards. Internal Verifiers require to have a broad understanding of the type and nature of the tasks being undertaken in the workplace but do not require to have the same degree of occupational competence as the Assessor
Course content
Tutorial led discussion to cover key learning points. The Induction, wherever possible will be held as company specific, tailored to support optimum benefit for attendees through focusing the learning around the organisation’s own internal competence system requirements, internal verification procedure and documentation.
