Objective
Train workers to identify the risks inherent in transferring people between vessels by using pilot ladders, as well as to adopt accident prevention measures for safe embark and disembark.

7.1. Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions;
8. Case Studies (event description, application of risk analysis and root cause identification, accident prevention / mitigation measures);
9. Emergency Response Actions.
