Workers who carry loads (including its lifting and deposition) manually, or assisted by mechanical devices.
Prerequisites
- RG and CPF;
- Passport (expat);
- Occupational Health (ASO) or Certificate of Good Physical and Mental Health Conditions.
Objective
To educate workers about the risks associated with manual handling of loads and to instruct on risk prevention/mitigation techniques for their protection, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

• Legislation: Federal Constitution, Consolidation of Labor Laws and Regulatory Norms;
• Basic Notions of Safety and Occupational Health;
• Basic Notions of Anatomy and Diseases Related to Manual Cargo Handling
