Prerequisites
- Completion of Digital Theory;
- RG;
- CPF;
- Passport (Expatriates).
- Occupational health certificate (ASO) or certificate of good physical and mental health conditions.
Objective
Refresh the qualification as Entry Supervisor of confined spaces work, in accordance with NR-33.
Course content
Theory: 4 hours
1. Definitions;
2. Confined space identification;
3. Recognition, assessment and control of risks;
4. Functioning of equipment used;
5. Procedure and use of the entry and work permit (EWP);
6. Criteria for the indication and use of equipment for risk control;
7. Knowledge about safe practices in confined spaces;
8. Occupational health and safety legislation;
9. Respiratory protection program;
10. Hazardous area;
11. Notions of rescue and first aid; and
12. Rescue operations.
Practice: 4 hours
1. Confined space identification;
2. Recognition, assessment and control of risks;
3. Functioning of equipment used;
4. Procedure and use of the entry and work permit (EWP);
5. Atmospheric evaluations and operation of equipment used (detectors);
6. Ventilation and equipment;
7. Respiratory protection program;
8. Notions of rescue and first aid; and
9. Rescue operations.
Exam
The delegates will be evaluated through direct observation.
