This course is aimed at sea going personnel designated to provide medical first aid on board a vessel.
Prerequisites
All delegates must show evidence of attending STCW Basic Training in Elementary First Aid.
Objective
During the course delegates will gain and demonstrate to a level of competence on how to perform first aid actions in the event of accidents and illnesses onboard ships. The delegates will acquire acknowledge on CPR and immediate actions for the types of accidents likely to occur onboard.
