This OPITO Approved course is designed for personnel designated as offshore emergency response team leaders on offshore installations.
Prerequisites
Delegates attending this programme must possess a valid Offshore Emergency Response Team Member Training (OERTM) certificate
Objective
During the course delegates will learn and demonstrate to a level of competence on how to operate fire-fighting and fire protection equipment and how to deal with various fire situations on-board installations. Emphasis will be on leading and controlling fire / emergency response teams.

Exam
OPITO approved certification will be issued on successful completion of the training programme. The validity of the OPITO certificate is two years.
Delegates should report to the reception by 0800 hours for course commencement at 0815 hours, unless otherwise stated.
