Any element of the crew that has to perform the functions of HDA and personnel designated as HDA.

Objective
Upon completion of the course the delegate will be able to:
Recognize the tasks corresponding to the HDA.
Identify the hazards and evaluate the risks inherent to the operations and physical space inside the helideck.
Comply with the restrictions and controls of the applicable regulations.
Course content
The following topics are covered during the training:
· Introduction
· Regulations and guidelines for offshore heliports.
· Hazards with helicopters and heliports offshore.
· Management systems.
· Preparations and forecasts for heliport operations.
· Assistance in operations with passengers.
· Assistance in loaded operations.
· Facilities that are not normally served.
