In this course we will discuss the fundamentals for fuel firefighting and how to safely extinguish a fuel fire.
Course content
Petroleum Fuel Firefighting will include 3 hours of theory and 1 hour of practical training. The theory portion will include an exam. The practical session will include a 3-dimensional fire, propane fire pan and fire pot. Trainees will be shown how to fight each fire with different fire extinguishers.
