Online knowledge development MUST be completed prior to in-class practical session. Blended Learning packages are delivered electronically to participants a maximum of 4 weeks prior to the chosen in-class training date.

Objective
Comprehensive ‘Blended Learning’ course (8 hours online learning + 8 Hours in-class) designed to meet the needs of those expected to provide first aid in a marine environment.
Upon successful completion of all training components, in accordance with the Training Standard, trainees will receive a Red Cross or St. John Ambulance certificate that is valid for three (3) years.
Course content
Course uses online education and scenarios taken from the marine/fishing industry to teach the required knowledge and skills. Course meets the requirements of Transport Canada outlined in Transport Publication (TP) 13008 E.
