After completing the basic crisis management training, participants can actively and efficiently contribute to the crisis management process, have knowledge of the meeting structure, information management and basic knowledge of crisis communication, cooperation with the emergency services and have knowledge of the contents of a crisis management plan. Participants are skilled in decision-making under time pressure and are familiar with stakeholder communication. Participants have insight into the alerting and scaling up process.
