A valid 2.10a certificate.
Objective
The NOGEPA 2.10 Refresher Calamity Control course refreshes the knowledge of Offshore Installation Managers who are (temporarily) responsible for a small crew on for example NUI's or satellites and control room operators, on how to take action during major emergencies. During the training participants will be confronted with emergencies that can occur while executing daily activities on an offshore installation.
* The duration of the course may vary:
1. - 0.5 day when included in the scenario training (common practice)
2. - 1 day when booked as a stand alone course
This course is designed for handling a calamity on an offshore mining installation where due to its limited size, manning, and configuration no fully equipped and trained firefighting and rescue team is available.
