This supplementary training module has been designed for well site supervisory and office-based personnel who are primarily involved in the Subsea operational decision-making processes for pressure control and well control and/or involved in design of well barriers.
Prerequisites
Candidates must have successfully completed the IADC WellSharp Oil & Gas Operator Representative (OGOR) - Supervisor course or an IADC WellSharp Service Company Equipment Operator course. The Subsea Supplement can be included in the same training week as the abovementioned courses. If the candidate does not enroll in the Subsea Supplement at the same time as the IADC WellSharp Oil & Gas Operator Representative (OGOR) - Supervisor course or an IADC WellSharp Service Company Equipment Operator course and returns to take the supplement at a later date, evidence of completion must be submitted to the training provider at the enrollment stage.
Objective
This 1-day Subsea Supplement for Well Servicing Operations is essential training for those primarily responsible for Subsea operational processes of well control.
Course content
This instructor-led course is delivered through presentation of a series of interactive lectures supported by videos and animations, supplemented by a classroom workbook and further self-study exercises. The course is delivered over 1 day and includes the IADC written assessments.

Exam
45-minute online assessment. Successful completion of the course and a pass mark of 75% in the online written assessment will be awarded an IADC WellSharp certificate which is valid for two years.
