Crisis Management - 1 day

This course is aimed for On-Shore Response Team Members who have a role and responsibility during an emergency as per the company’s ERP.

The course objectives are: • The roles and responsibilities of personnel during an emergency. • How to achieve and maintain effective communications throughout an emergency • Familiarity with company Emergency Response Procedures • Practice in nominated Emergency Response key positions • How to be competent members of the Crisis Management Team • How to recognize the effects of stress on the emergency response structure, how to minimize its impact and how to manage affected personnel.

This course covers both theory and practical content in the techniques and principles of Crisis Management. The theory and practical components also introduce personnel to: 1. Leadership 2. Teamwork 3. Command & Control 4. Communications 5.
