Objective
The ServSafe Food Handler Program is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. Upon successful completion of the ANSI ASTM 2659 accredited Food Handler course, the employee will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the National Restaurant Association.

Exam
All exams are 40 questions-multiple choice. An instructor must administer a ServSafe Food Handler print exam. ServSafe Food Handler courses must be completed in 60 days.
