Objective
The OIM / OIM must be able to:
- Identify the characteristics of leadership in a crisis situation
- See the difference and transition / connection between;
1. Acute crisis management ("have the big picture" and think proactively during severe time pressure)
2. Management of a contingency team at less severe events
3. Regular leadership ("management")
- Initiate self-development (Ability to exercise crisis management under stress, operative management profile, team leader role, and utilize relevant crisis management tools)
- Deliberately make use of technical safety systems
