For work equipment that the employer, based on a risk assessment, determines requires special caution during use, only employees with documented safety training may be used.

Prerequisites
Hydraulics 1 Basic course.
Objective
Upon completion, participants will be qualified to support corrective maintenance and independently perform unplanned tasks on hydraulic systems in a safe and competent manner.
Course content
After completing the training, participants will be able to:
Read and understand hydraulic circuit diagrams
Identify faults and replace components
Perform direct and indirect condition monitoring using measuring equipment
Understand guidelines for oil sampling
Carry out troubleshooting
Perform corrective maintenance, such as sealing leaks, replacing similar components, refilling nitrogen, etc.
