The course is designed for people who have a coxswain course for skid or conventional lifeboat.

Objective
The course aims to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills required for using a skid lifeboat as means of evacuation.
To refresh skills in leading and implementing evacuation by skid lifeboat and escape chute.
Course content
Adaption from relevant lifeboat type to skid lifeboat.
A reprentation of important topics from the coxswain basic course, adapted to the delegates' prior experience, with focus on practical training.
Raft turning (STCW).
