Personnel assigned duties as smoke divers in industry.
Prerequisites
Basic industrial protection course or equivalent
Satisfies set requirements for Health. Which implies the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's Health examination, as well as physical tests for smoke- and Chemical divers.
Objective
After completing the course the participants should be capable of carrying out:
- Rescue work and fire-fighting in smoke and heat
- Cooperating with smoke divers from the municipal fire service in the case of a fire in their own company.
