NR-17 - Ergonomic Conditions

Employees whose workplaces require ergonomic conditions designed to provide maximum comfort, safety and efficient performance of their activities.

- RG and CPF; - Passport (expatriates); - Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) or Certificate of Good Physical and Mental Health Conditions.

Empower workers to recognize ergonomic hazards and adopt the protective measures associated with their working conditions, observing aspects related to the lifting, transportation and unloading of materials, furniture, equipment and environmental conditions of the workplace and its organization itself.

Theory – 04 hours • Presentation (Concept and Ergonomics Classification; Introduction to Regulatory Standard 17 – Ergonomics); • Ergonomic Management Analysis; • Ergonomic Task Analysis; • General Guidelines for Ergonomics in Biomechanics; • Activities with Static or Dynamic Muscular Overload; • Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMD)/Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI); • Lifting, Carrying and Unloading of Loads Individually; • Working with Machines, Equipment and Hand Tools; • Manual Handling of Loads – Planning; • Manual Handling of Loads - Techniques for Execution; • Handling of Loads and Objects by More Than One Person; • Transport Using Auxiliary Equipment; • Workstations Furniture; • Evaluation of Work Situations; • Workstations Equipment; • Work Organization; • Environmental Working Conditions; • Comfort Conditions in the Work Environment; • Acoustic Comfort in Offices; • Thermal Comfort in Offices.
