There are no formal pre-requisites for this course, but prior knowledge of workover operations is assumed.
Objective
The aim of this 2-day course is to develop the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of job skills needed by personnel during workover operations.
Course content
This instructor-led course is delivered through presentation of a series of interactive lectures supported by videos and animations, supplemented by a classroom workbook and further self-study exercises. The course is delivered over 2 days and includes the IADC written assessments on the final day.

Exam
2.5-hour online assessment. Successful completion of the course and a pass mark of 75% or above in the assessment will result in IADC WellSharp certification which is valid for two years.
