New Learners – Valid ECITB Appointed Person Moving Loads Certificate with completed ECITB Appointed Persons Moving Loads Work Base Task Assignments Log Book.
Experienced Learners - Valid ECITB Appointed Person Moving Loads Certificate with Company Letter from current employer stating the candidate has previous knowledge and experience in role of Appointed Person Moving Loads.
Objective
To ensure a candidate has the skills, knowledge and ability to generate clear and concise lift plans, risk assessments and toolbox talks necessary to support a complex rigging operation in accordance with recognised industry regulations and procedures.
Course content
Theoretical Question Paper
Practical:
The candidate must:
1. Generate a lift plan for the specific rigging task.
2. Generate a risk assessment against the specific rigging task.
3. Generate a tool box talk for the specific rigging task
Exam
The candidate must record a PASS in all practical test sections and score a minimum of 80% in the multiple choice section.
Successful delegates will be issued an ECITB approved certificate
