Authorized Workers, Watchman and Entry Supervisors that are recycling the certification of Confined Space accordantly with NR-33.

- RG and CPF;
- Passport (expatriate);
- Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) or certificate of good physical and mental health conditions including working at heights and confined space.
- Initial Training for Worker and Watchman - 16 hours; or Confined Space Supervisor - 40 hours, according to NR-33.
Objective
The objective of this training is to renew the qualification as Supervisor, Authorized Worker or Watchman of confined spaces work, in accordance with NR-33.
Course content
Theory: 4 hours
• Definitions;
• Confined space identification;
• Recognition, assessment and control of risks;
• Functioning of equipment used;
• Procedure and use of the entry and work permit (EWP);
• Criteria for the indication and use of equipment for risk control;
• Knowledge about safe practices in confined spaces;
• Occupational health and safety legislation;
• Respiratory protection program;
• Hazardous area;
• Notions of rescue and first aid; and
• Rescue operations.
Practice: 04 hours
• Procedure and use of the entry and work permit (EWP);
• Atmospheric evaluations and operation of equipment used (detectors);
• Ventilation and equipment;
• Respiratory protection program;
• Notions of rescue and first aid.
Total Duration: 08h Theory: 04h Practice: 04h.
Note: Supervisors, entrants and watchman will assume their functions during practical exercises.

Exam
The students will be evaluated through direct observation.
