- An overview of the roles and responsibilities of supervisors, operators, riggers, and signal persons
- Pre-operational and periodic inspection requirements
- Safe operating procedures
- Requirements for operators
- Hand signals
- Overhead crane safety emphasizes the importance of overhead cranes in daily industrial operations
Exam
The candidate will be required to score a minimum competency of 70% on a written exam. The candidate will also perform a hands on demonstration operating an overhead crane.
