The UK Offshore Legislation course serves to provide individuals working in Health and Safety Management positions offshore with the awareness and understanding of current UK offshore legislation
Course content
Module 1: HASWA, EC Legislation, Working Time Regulations, Noise and Vibration Regulations and European 6 Pac.
Module 2: MAR - PFEER- DCR and Pipeline Regulations.
Module 3: Safety Case Regulations, Risk Assessments, SIMOPS and Bridge Docs.
Module 4: LOLER-PUWER-COSHH, Working at Height Regulations and Confined Space Regulations.
Module 5: RIDDOR, Safety Representatives and Accident Investigation.
Module 6: BEIS (OPRED), Waste Management and Offshore Pollution Regulations
Module 7: SOLAS, IMO, IAMSAR, CAA and ERRV Regulations.
Exam
On successful completion of this course, delegates will be issued a RelyOnNutec UK Offshore Legislation certificate. The duration of this course is 4 days and is a combination of both theory and practical content. This course is delivered virtually.
